When choosing a conveyancing solicitor there are a few hurdles to jump and decisions to be made. With so many firms out there quoting and saying different things who do you believe and trust.
The simple thing to do when looking for a conveyancing solicitor is decide whether you want:
1. A local solicitor
2. A direct solicitor
The advantages of using a direct solicitor are that you can see them any time and they give you a sense of security.
However the down sides are they are often very expensive compare to online direct conveyancing solicitors and much slower.
